He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. He attended New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and received his Doctor of Osteopathy Degree. Throughout his career, he has been involved with Clinical Trials, Education and Training.
Dr. Testa has been providing comprehensive patient centered care in the Philadelphia and South Jersey area for the past twenty-five years. He has been recently recognized as a physician who has cared for his patient population spanning up to three generations. Dr. Patti Augustino has been working as an individual and family therapist for the last 25 years.

Carol M. ManginI has been a practicing physical therapist for over 35 years. She obtained her BS and MA degrees in physical therapy from NYU and her doctorate in physical therapy from Drexel university. Carol has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings and with patients ranging from birth to senior years. She has taught in the physical therapy program at Richard Stockton college and has given various workshops on a variety of topics.
